During its operation and development, and to align with its manufacturing and business activities, the company underwent two name changes: Dinh Bang Battery Co., Ltd. on December 10, 2007, and TM Tech Co., Ltd. from March 9, 2016 to the present.

Since September 2024, Ngoc Ha Trading and Services Joint Stock Company has been the OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR IN VIETNAM of Oil Tech branded lubricants.
