In the early 21st century, the procurement of office supplies and materials was primarily conducted through traditional methods. Agencies and organizations typically assigned personnel to visit locations such as Hang Ngang and Hang Dao streets, Dong Xuan Market, and various other markets to source individual items. For large enterprises, this process was time-consuming and labor-intensive, particularly during peak periods requiring the purchase of diverse product categories. It was against this backdrop that, in the year 2000, a small stationery shop named Ngoc Ha opened on Hoang Van Thai Street in Hanoi. Guided by the motto "always exceeding expectations," Ngoc Ha gradually built trust and fostered long-term relationships with its customers. After 25 years of bridging the gap between consumers and manufacturers, Ngoc Ha now serves as a vital link connecting over 10,000 enterprises, factories, agencies, and organizations with more than 5,000 manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, agents, supermarkets, and retail chains across Vietnam.

Understanding those hardships, Ngoc Ha stationery store was born with the goal of serving the essential needs of businesses, ensuring quickness, efficiency and quality. Ngoc Ha has been at the forefront of sales and door-to-door delivery services in Vietnam in this area which has been warmly welcomed by customers.
In 2003 - now, Ngoc Ha has more than 30 branches and distribution points throughout the North - Central - South regions, ensuring fast and quality service.
In 2003, Ngọc Hà transitioned from a stationery shop into Ngọc Hà Trading and Service Co., Ltd. During this period, the company expanded its client base beyond government agencies, banks, and hospitals to include factories and manufacturing enterprises in Hanoi. Thanks to its efficient and distinctive supply services, Ngọc Hà continued to earn customer trust, expanding its product portfolio to include office machinery and equipment, office furniture, occupational safety gear, and production supplies.
In 2009, the company reorganized as Ngọc Hà Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
In 2013, the Global Relations Department was established to foster partnerships with foreign-invested enterprises, particularly those from Japan, South Korea, and China.
After 25 years of growth and development, the Ngọc Hà network comprises 28 branches and distribution points, supported by a workforce of over 700 employees and a fleet of more than 100 dedicated transport vehicles.
In 2013, the Global External Relations Department was established to expand cooperation at domestic and foreign.
It is not enough to be encapsulated in the domestic customers and manufacturer market, it is necessary to constantly innovate and expand domestic and foreign cooperation to develop an ecosystem of quality and diverse products and services, contribute to improving the purchasing experience of the enterprises.
